Scope: Addition, expansion and modifications to existing WWTP.  New structures include, Headworks Buildings, SBR Facility, UV Disinfection Facility, Anaerobic Digesters, Sludge Storage Tank, Sludge Thickening Facility.  Structures consist of new precast buildings and cast inplace concrete tanks with associated mechanical and electrical services.  Process equipment includes screening equipment, SBR equipment with blowers and pumps, UV equipment, digester equipment with covers and mixing systems, gravity belt thickeners and chemical feed systems.  Plant Capacity will be upgraded to 11 MGD

Scope: Addition to the exisiting WTP and modifications to existing WTP.  New addition included masonry 103 foot by 82 foot and steel building with three operating levels.  New included installation of ultrafiltration membrane treatment system.  Modifications to existing building included replacing existing filters with new softener packages.  Plant Capacity will be upgraded to 12 MGD

Scope: Expansion of existing Waste Water Treatment Plant Facility including Oxidation Ditches, Final Clarifiers, UV Disinfection Equipment, Gravity Belt Thickener, Aerobic Digesters, Aeration Equipment, PD Blowers, Expanded Plant from 0.40 MGD to 1.0 MGD Average Daily Flow.
 
  
 Sludge Storage Improvements Project
Winsted, MN

 

This project gave the city of Winsted the capability of storing and mixing their sludge in glass-lined storage tanks.  This project adds 2 years to their sludge storage capacity, the city plans to add 2 more identical tanks in the future. The project included two large tanks and a lift station, as well as a masonry building (for controls and the mixing pumps) and a precast building (for supernatant and decant sludge work).

Scope: Expansion of Existing Water Treatment Plant including Concrete Clearwell, Masonry Building, Gravity Filter System, including Ion Exchange Softeners, High Service Booster Pumps, Misc Pumps and Chemical Feed Systems and Expanded Plant from 1.5 MGD to 3.0 MGD.

Scope: Construction of New Water Treatment Plant and demolition of existing WTP.  New WTP included RO and Biofiltration Processes, Clearwells, High Service Pumps, Chemical Feed Systems and Misc piping and Sitework.  Plant Capacity 6.5 MGD

Scope: Expansion of existing Waste Water Treatment Plant including: installation of static screen, construction of a concrete selector basin, a concrete oxidation ditch, and a concrete final clarifier, a masonry filter building with pre-packaged filters, a chemical feed system, pumps, interior and exterior process piping, a standby generator, upgraded electrical, instrumentation and controls, new building mechanical systems, site work and rehabilitation of existing structures.
